Browse on your laptop with a T-Mobile G1 3G connection
If you have been wishing you could tether your G1 and use it for Internet access, there may a solution around the corner. Graham Stewart, a 28 yr old Software Consultant in Boulder Ohio has been working on somewhat of a proxy application for Android. Using his experimental application you can connect the T-Mobile G1 up to your PC using a USB interface and browse the web using the G1 as your web proxy. Graham says it is only useful for web access right now, but thinks he could use this to tunnel SSH and perhaps VPN traffic. Take a look here to try it out
